These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Achieve Solar LLC services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Achieve Solar LLC may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Achieve Solar LLC to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
4. Opt In Again
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.

This SMS program and all services offered by Achieve Solar LLC are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

$1,000 Savings Guarantee
The $1,000 Savings Guarantee applies only to homeowners who proceed with a solar installation through Achieve Solar LLC and execute a signed agreement for solar services.
To qualify, customers must provide a complete copy of their most recent 12 months of electricity bills from their current utility provider prior to system design and proposal approval.
The savings guarantee is based on a comparison between the customer's historical utility costs and the projected solar energy costs as outlined in the final solar agreement.
Customers who choose not to move forward with solar installation, cancel prior to installation, or fail to provide accurate utility billing information are not eligible.
Savings percentages may vary based on energy usage, utility rates, system size, roof conditions, and local regulations. This offer is subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time.
